Also, if there is more quality time within every family, there will be less people commit suicide in a society. Moreover, students’ grades, character, and morality will be elevated, and therefore the competitiveness and social order of a country will be improved.
To ensure that this system work, government should also modify other laws. For example, if a family’s income higher than a certain tax bracket, they have to pay much more tax. They will think if one of a couple only work a half day, they would pay much lesser tax than before, and they can save the expense of babysitter and eating outside.
